"Merriam-Webster announced Tuesday that it has added the nonbinary pronoun "they" to its dictionary. The nonbinary pronoun is now listed as one of four definitions of the word by the online dictionary company. A plaque which "erased" a celebrated 19th Century diarist's lesbian identity has been corrected. Read more via BBC.com! The original plaque - which was criticised for describing her as "gender non-conforming" rather than lesbian - has been replaced.
